We had three heat pumps installed by this company. Let me begin by saying how pleased we are with the installtion and the service. They came on time and installed the three heat pumps as they said they would. They work great and our power bill is about $1.25 per day to run the heat pumps.
We have run them for a little over a year and saved a ton of money. The installer was polite and helpful and explained everything to us. I could not recommend then more highly. You will be more than please with thier service and product and the price we got was the lowest of the five companies we had prices from. They also provided five references and we called them all and found nothing but good things. it is a must that you give them a call for all your heat pump needs.

I bought a heat pump from this company. On November 16th. 2012,
I explained to the company person on the phone ((Steve) that I was looking for a source of heat that would heat my home. I asked about the heat pump and was told this would do the job with only one back-up heater when it would get to -15 or more!The salesman/technician came and assessed my home size. Advised me to buy the 12000 btu unit, that it would only cost $1.00 a day in electricity, possibly $1.50 no really cold days. My first light bill came in over $100.00 over my normal bill! The unit was having problems, I called the tech and tried to explain, he started shouting at me that it was -21 and what did I expect. I told him the unit was a piece of c@!p, he told me he would call me back after I stopped swearing?...
He hung up! I called the office and got the run around again. So I emailed them, was finally (after 5 days) told I would get a service call. The person who accused me of swearing came to the house next door, never even came to my house. So I emailed again, after a pack of lies, the tech returned, I had my sister over as I wanted a witness, I also set up a recorder so that I could prove how rude and ignorant he was, also how he lied.
He again started screaming at me and my sister, and left with nothing resolved. My sister called his BOSS?
He started to defend his tech until she told him we recorded everything. He said "I will deal with it" that was 5 days ago, and nothing since! As far as we are concerned this company does not deserve any star rating, except 000000 !!!
