Pipes are all taped up and patched. The carpets have never been shampooed. Cars get broken into all the time. Drugs are infesting the building. Prostitutes live in the building. The rest are actually to high for a building that should be demolished. I think the city of Langley should investigate it and shut it down. the owner is a young punk that doesn't take about anything but money.

The buildings are NOT maintained, the rent is low because that is what you get - LOW everything. Poor management, poor maintenance, poor neighbors. Smells, leaks, things do not get repaired.
