Can't even Color Hair....Not Professionals

Went in for cut and color, got a decent cut, but no color. Told them I was unhappy since my hair color didn't change, then they had the nerve to say well we would need to bleach your hair....Why didn't you say that from the beginning? Then, they told me to do highlights, and they said I would need to pay for it....Left unhappy called them a few times, they never returned my calls. Finally came to an agreement with the manager to come in for free highlights that are worth the same price as color, but when I came in they said I would need to pay for it because they manager who has approved didn't check with the owner and owner doesn't agree. Well, I have been trying to reach the owner who has always been unavailable and they didn't even bother to call me but made me come in for no service....Worst Salon ever and this has been my worst experience ever....Don't go there!!!
