Trade or Commercial Printing?
Good products and good prices but they sell to both the end user and to the trade and it seems to be at the same price.
I know just about every printer these days is selling to both the end user and to resellers, but at least give your trade customers a trade price.
This may seem like sour grapes, but it really isn't -- just give us trade customers some room to make a few pennies so we can all share the same printing space.
Sina has eprintfast.com and Top Knotch has a few retail sites as well, but at least Sina marks up their retail price so we trade users can make a few pennies.
I've been in the printing business for over 15 years, too, and have seen everything.
We do offer trade-pricing, but only to people who qualify the minimum criteria (www.topknotchtrade.com). When people want cheap they go to Sina, when they want quality they come to Topknotch
