I don't think I have ever seen this place without a line up of at least 5 people. Earlier in the day it's busy for those who need their caffeine and breakfast before working in the mall. I often go in the afternoon for a mid afternoon snack of timbits or a donut. The occasional time I have had a sandwich which is just ok but I can watched them make it.

Like starbucks, this place is busy! When we are in Canada, we opt for Tim Hortons over starbucks. The coffee in my opinion is better, for reference, I drink only black coffee. I quit drinking coffee. I made a run for the girls at work. This place is PACKED! The lines move swiftly. They know what they are doing. One side picks up beverage, the other for food. Everything is served fast.
They were out of French onion soup :(...
The "smile" cookies are a fundraiser for kids camps. $1.00 each. Yummy.
