Awful Customer Service

I purchased Aqua Mix Sealer & Coating Remover on Nov 28, 2011 at this location to remove grout was told by their staff verbatim "this is what you use, if this doesn't work nothing will" FYI the people at Rona were more knowledgeable/helpful because the product Tile Town recommended did not work...Rona said to use Muriatic acid which is what worked. Today I went to return the product and the staff member at Tile Town refused me a refund because it was opened...as I said we tried it as per their staff's recommendation and it did not work... I have an entire Kitchen back splash to tile, the floor in my laundry room and tile for my fireplace mantle...I will definitely NOT be purchasing anything from Tile Town. As well I will be posting an online review of my experience and let others know. Good Luck with customer service like that...don't worry the $21.26 won't break my bank account.
