The staff is rude and seem to think everyone is planning to steal from them.
Their ads say they customize policies, but when you actually go in they say that only means you can pick from a handful of pre-written policies. There is no actual customization available for home or travel insurance, and their auto insurance is the same as everyone elses.
One agent slipped and implied to my friends...
