Dependable and always there for you
Being a hotel restaurant in a major downtown hotel you can count on this place to be open every day, holidays included, and with the same excellent service and quality needed for a hotel with a reputation like the Hyatt. The kitchen does a fabulous job with a terrific menu. They cater to your every whim, and have a great complementary lounge right outside their door.
Best hotel restaurant in Calgary
Good hotel restaurants should do everything right to satisfy your every whim. Well, Thomsons does this in spades. No issues. Whatever you want, they will cater to you. Exactly what you want in a hotel restaurant. And ... BONUS ... their kitchen is excellent! Great menu ... great finish! Go there for special occasions (holidays especially, because they are ALWAYS open) and a great place to entertain guests.

A great evening was had by all.
August 07, 2014We booked with Thomsons for a celebration with family and friends of our tenth wedding anniversary. The staff were very helpful, food was great and they even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a dessert tray. Great setting with full house obvious they are doing the right things. We were 5 for lunch ( have never been for supper ) and 4 of the dishes were well presented and cooked as requested. The 5th however was the daily special Bangers and Mash which arrived lukewarm at best. They offered to reheat but we were pressed for time.
