Amazing Croissants and Pattiseries

I have been going to Thomas Haas since it opened. Authentic croissants, real French Patisseries... Thomas is an artist and makes amazing chocolate, well everything in his store is amazing. He is a master chocolatier... great atmosphere too. Just a little too small for sitting and enjoying your pastry in house.

A poor location but the drive is worth the delicacies. I loved the chocolate croissant and macrons.

Don't get me wrong... TH has some fantastic pastries and cakes. I have loved everything I've ever eaten here. That being said, the poor rating of 3 stars is due to the lineup and the bad organization. First of all, there is almost no parking here. I'm a big fan of TH!! They do chocolate and pasties right. Im a regular at the Kits location. But I've been in this area lot because of my car dealer. This location is in the business / industrial area in front of a school. You would think it was a weird location for such wonderful place but it totally isn't.
