Slow service - cold food
July 22, 20143 of us went for an early lunch last week, and there was only 1 other table occupied. It took an hour for our food to come out, and 2 of those ordered chili. Of all the downtown Saskatoon restaurants, this is by far my favorite place. The atmosphere is homely at best but the brews are great and the food simple, but delicious. The first time I was here in '13, I tried the steak sandwich - this was to die for. The local beef was perfectly done and the bread, home-made. awful food
May 30, 2014we walked by this place today and remembered why we would never go back - soup that had nothing in it was like a broth, they refunded our money for this, and appetizer had store bought crackers - after this we had had enough - atmosphere was awful big empty high ceiling room...i work to hard to give my money... more
