I really wanted to give this place a good review because some of the staff are amazing BUT there are just too many wrongs here. The breakdown is as follows:

Location! It's a bit far from downtown Toronto BUT there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you to the subway. A short subway ride takes you to downtown. Totally worth it! There are many areas to shop and eat near the hotel.... more

"Westin" = luxury... Hmmmm

Well lets start with the man who comes to your car and tells you "parking is 20 and this is a luxury hotel so we can do valet for 6 more"... No thanks

We booked this place during our visit to Toronto. It was on sale, lower price comparing to other similar chains.

After having a terrible experience a day before in Ottawa, this hotel felt like a paradise. Nice and clean rooms. Also rooms were pretty big. Great shower, nice tv and good view was enough to make us pleased.

I definitely will go there again.
