Great Store and staff
I also had a HORRENDOUS experience dealing with another store on dundas called "Highland Furniture".
We were EXTREMLY nervous about shopping another store on Dundas.
We were treated extremly well by Bobby and his wife and they really knew how to deal with customers.
We ordered a glass dining table and wanted to make sure we reeived it within a week.
True to Bobby's word, they delivered on the date and time as promised. The delivery guys also assembled the heavy glass table and ensured it was done right.
I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone who is hesitant to shop at an Indian store on Dundas.
Good Store to Deal With.
I was very skeptical to shop with the furniture stores on Dundas Road due to a horrendous experience I had dealing with an another furniture store.Finally I took a chance and ordered a contemporary Sofa and 2 Love Seats with this store called New Welco Furniture.Right before making the payment, I made it very clear that I need to know the exact date of delivery for which the store confirmed that it will be delivered in 3 days.Guess what, exactly as promised I got ALL 3 Items delivered on the day it was supposed to come.The best part was the delivery folks who really took time to keep our furniture the way we wanted, that was really impressive.
I dealt with a gentlemen by name Bobby who was courteous,pleasing personality and knew how to deal with customers.He has good delivery folks too.
I would for sure shop at this store without any hesitation.

I went through all of the stores on Dundas and Welco is the best place to go for contemporary furniture. They have a great selection, very good pricing and excellent service. Been buying from them for the last couple of years and will not even bother going anywhere else for furniture. Highly recommended.

We have purchased a custom made sectional sofa along with coffe table and kitchen table... also custom made.
The quality is exceptional, promt delivery and all this with excellent prices.
I am very happy. This was my second purchase from them and in the future wheen I need any furniture surly I am going to purchase ONLY from them!

I bought a full set of couches from Bobby at Welco. The customer service was outstanding, from the point of sale to the delivery. Bobby makes buying furniture fun. I came back recently to furnish another room and once again, he helped us find exactly what we needed for a great price.
This is my "go-to" place for furniture. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to furnish their home.
