I took my son here for a birthday dinner and I wouldn't go to any Keg based on this experience (DT location not much better). The steaks were mediocre, though the service was enthusiastic. We accidently got missed by the waiter (we were a party of six) and when we quietly called their attention to the problem the manager came out and apologized profusely - comped all our drinks and our dessert. Food of course was wonderful as ever.
