we went to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary - we loved the room- we were greeted with a box of chocolates and friendly staff. The beds are very comfortable - I am very picky and usually stay at the Delta downtown for the beds- but I will stay here from now on. Close to everything and great clean rooms.

I never have a bad experience at this hotel. The staff are friendly and effective...they have tremendous humanity. The location is central to EVERYTHING...the concert we went to, shopping, Stanley Park and the seawall...the best of the city. The ladies in housekeeping are always happy and helpful. A+ as usual.
