I rate 5 stars for this 5 stars hotel. Located in the village at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, close to all amenities of Whistler. I recommend swimming pool and spa! 5 stars standard.
Perennially rated the top ski resort hotel in North America by reader surveys in such magazines as Condé Nast Traveler, the Fairmont re-creates the look of a feudal castle at the foot of Blackcomb Mountain, but with every modern comfort added. Amazing hotel from start to finish!
Pros:

-Excellent service everywhere
-Ski in/ ski out, so close to Blackcomb lift, with a private ski rack for hotel guests
-Health Club is great (free for guests) and opens at 5:30am
-Yoga class was complimentary and helped with soreness from snowboarding
- Shuttle takes...

I was booked for an overnight stay at Fairmont Chateau Whistler. I was attending the Annual Fairmont Apprenticeship Gala. They made sure every little detail was taken care of no matter how small or insignificant they may have seemed.
I will definitely stay here again!!
Perfection!
This hotel goes above and beyond for dietary requirements and needs for it's guests. Helpful, cheerful and all around pleasant. The staff is happy and they clearly enjoy working for this hotel chain.
