Fun Scotch Bar with Live Music
I had the pleasure of seeing the Trevor Falls Collective here a few weekends ago and was quite impressed. The jazz was great, the bar is cozy, dark and intimate and the scotch was fantastic! They also have scotch samplers for those of us less knowlegable Scotch drinkers, and the staff have great suggestions too!

The Emmet Ray - a new bar at College and Dovercourt - with its large, brass lettering and sober-looking interior, looks at first glance that it might be competing with its neighbour, The Brass Taps, in the Irish-pub department. I don't know a thing about whiskey as I am a teetotaler. But my date was visiting from out of town and wanted to take him to a place I knew he would enjoy.
They have an extensive list of whiskeys from around the world. I am told it's an excellent selection.
The owners are great - staff is welcoming. Good job guys!

The draft list is Toronto-area only but the whisk(e)y selection is world-wide!
The new menu is comfort-meets-fancy and very tasty!
Also the bar DOES take credit and debit.
