Closest thing to Montreal-esque bagels in the GTA. Had the lox and cream cheese on an everything bagel yesterday. Still dreaming about it today. Bagels have that lovely honey water crust and good chew. Not that shoddy gummy quality that Tim's bagels have. Only negative thing to note is that the drinks are overpriced.

I first found about this place when I had to seek refuge from the heavy showers due to the flood in 2013.

The place is quite nice, it is a little small but if you want to eat inside you'll always have a place to sit. They offer many varieties of bagels: Only Onion, Exciting Everything, and Simply Sesame are some of the offerings.

I lived in Montreal for 2 years and this place brings back memories! The bagels are just as good as St. Viateur's. Made in a wood burning oven as they should be, they are sweet and chewy to perfection. The choice of different flavors makes it hard to decide what to pick. My favorite are flax, onion and sesame although all of them are delicious.
