Great lunch spot for a quick soup salad or other healthy choice option. Pretty cosy seating inside and it's usually busy for a weekday lunch. One of the best quick options downtown Kamloops.

Amazing food and atmosphere at this little cafe. It is a little higher on the price point but it could be justified by how fresh and clean the food tastes. I've tried their soups, salads, wraps as well as bakery items and they're all fantastic!
