Great location
December 13, 2014We only spent one night here, but we'll definitely use this location if we go back to Victoria someday. The location was perfect...only about two blocks from the ferry dock. It's an older hotel, but very well kept up. The breakfast is a little limited, but certainly fine for two "thrifty" travelers.

November 12, 2014Check-in was unexceptional; staff was pleasant, but eating lunch in the lobby when we arrived. Our two-room suite was large, and clean, which is the most important issue for me when staying anywhere. Furnishings were in good shape but of poor quality, and this place has a definite 1970s government-housing feel to it (I grew up in government housing, so I know what I'm talking about). What a great and beautiful area to stay. We celebrated our 50th anniversary there and are planning to return in a couple of years. The staff at the Admiral Inn was very helpful. Our room was truly our home away from home. We have told many of our stay there and the closeness to other great attractions in Victoria.
