Follow up service sucks!!
January 04, 2011I have called 8 times to have a service tech come back to my home to fix my new window that leaks air and the lock does not work!! On another window, the caulking is cracked half way up the window! I am now in the beginning of calling my lawyer and the Better Business Bureau.
