They Can Fix Fridges

I have had Jim from Technika out here 4 times and my fridge is the worst it's ever been . Now I can't even use it. This has been going on for almost 2 months. Cant even use it and to make matters worse the girl on the phone was rude to me instead of being apologetic and try to get to the root of the problem. Unfortunately I have to use them as it's under warranty and he's the only guy here as the agent for this particular manufacturer

Would never use him again nor would I recommend him. Totally useless.
