We went to Stratford for a morning of foraging in the woods for fiddleheads, ramps, stinging nettle, and dandelions. Our guide took us to Tea Leaves where he served us lunch that he cooked himself prior to the event.

This has got to be one of the best kept secrets of Stratford. Not only is the hostess a certified tea sommelier, but she offers a fascinating experience exploring a range of different teas, most of which beyond the usual black & orange pekoe grocery store variety.
