A gallery of floors = terrible customer service
May 03, 2010TA DA Connection/ A Gallery of floors has provided me with nothing but headaches and problems! I delt with David Kadlec whom in my opinion has no regard for customer service whatsoever. Defective hardwood flooring was installed in my livingroom and diningroom. All complaints were passed along to the manufacturer, which caused huge time delays.
