I booked about 1 and half weeks ahead and they have decided to give me a reminder call at 9pm the night before. When I arrive I was given a pair of slippers to wear. This company put a bad taste in my mouth by calling me at 9pm the night before my appointment to say they double booked it and needed me to come in 3 hours early which meant I would get 3 hours less of sleep.

I went in the next morning (tired but optimistic that they would do a good job) and to my surprise they completely turned around my opinion of thier business!
