I love sushi. All of us at foodosophy love sushi. I could probably eat sushi every day, if not for a few mitigating factors. The environmental impact of several of the non-sustainable fishes commonly served, and, the price. Sushi just isn’t cheap. It probably shouldn’t be either. As Anthony Bourdain mentions in Kitchen Confidential, there are fewer scary things than the words “discount sushi”.

My favourite omakase! Book ahead of time though because they are usually busy. Also, it's a nice small family owned restaurant & very authentic Japanese menu
Came here over the weekend for dinner. Reservations are a must since they are only open a couple hours a night and have limited seating.
Anyway this is a mom and pop style restaurant and appears to have only two people work. One sushi chef and one server who does everything else. Somehow they make it work.

My husband and I just was told they can't serve us because we have no reservation?! Are you serious? The place had four tables empty? I am stunned! It smelled like fish badly- so probably a good thing! Can't believe it..lol wow!
