Doggie surprise
My poor dog did not know what to expect. I brought my Lapso Apso dog in for a basic grooming and I certainly got surprised. After dropping the dog off in the morning I was told that he would be readky by 14:00 that afternoon. My plans changed on that Saturday and I called around 12:00 and was wondering how the job was coming. To my surprise I was told he could be ready in an hour, When I went to pick him up I thought he was jumping up because he was excited to see me, in fact it was because he had such a sore rear end he could not sit for a week. After putting a harmless sauve and a medical cone on him I noticed welts on his butt. Even though the groomer is convenient in distance I will not take any of my dogs there ever again. They don't deserve the punishment.

Poor job and rude
Found Susan's Pet Grooming on the internet. First and last time i will bring my dog there for a haircut. My usual dog groomer was fully booked for a month, so i needed to get my dogs hair cut sooner. My dog was not washed (as promised and included in price) and what i had requested as a cut was not done. On top of this, staff was sarcastic and rude. The $40 charge was so not worth the work they did.
