Garage Takes Advantage
As a single mother of two and one who works from my car transporting children all day my cars safety is the utmost importance to me.
I purchased my part next door to garage where they purchase them but needed to save so got it myself and brought it to garage to be put on. I was quoted a length of time and went back when it was due to be done and they were not. It took twice as long to do it because they ran into complications. Six days after the work was done I had my car inspected and the only thing that failed was the part that the garage had done. I was told it was worse than the part that was replaced. I went back to the garage and they said it was a faulty part and had nothing to do with the issues they ran into. I'm sure it had nothing to do with the beating of the part or the heating / torching of the part, I'm sure it just broke all on it's own. So now I have to get another new part (which is covered) but they won't warrent their service. They are good at taking advantage of people. Needless to say I won't be going back to get the new work done once I can come up with the extra funds to do it.
Fair work, not the best customer service.
I purchased 4 tires and had them installed and was happy with that work.
Went back a year later to have a tire patched and took 1.5 hours (with an appointment). When I got home I noticed the wheel center cap was missing. I called them and they said they had it. I drove all the way back in to get it and no one even spoke to me. The guy just put the cap on the desk and turned his back on me.
