Not recommended at all.
October 18, 2014About the only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that it is located in beautiful Huntsville, and is close to Algonquin Park. Key card system for room was broken, so had to have a staff member let me into my room every time I keft and returned. Washroom door did not close. TV did not work. Shower handle came off in my hand. Baby its cold outside and inside
October 14, 2014We paid many dollars plus tax for a room with no heating when, the outdoor temperature was 4DegC. When the clerk handed us our room key all he had to say was there is no heat in your room but we can give you a portable heater. But no such offer was made. will never return
October 14, 2014Well, the room was so cold we had to ask for extra blankets because the heater was not working. The room was smelly AND there was a single dirty sock on the floor near the fridge...No Kleenex in the bathroom and the window was stuck open. We arrived 15 minutes before the check in and the room was not ready. 2 people where inside the trash container steeling garbage close to the entrance..... more
