Rather disappointed

We booked 2 rooms. One was for me, my husband and our 2 kids. The other was for my aunt.
Apparently the sink in my aunt's room was broken and the water leaked terribly! Of course we called the front desk and found out that there was only one staff looking after the whole motel! And of course we waited...

Happy Happy Happy
August 20, 2014Just spent 3 nights with 2 rooms for daughter and 3 grandsons. Hotel was very accommodating for the children and the boys loved it. They wont let their mom stay anywhere else when in Brooks. Staff are very knowledgeable and personable. Clean and a treat to stay in. Highly recommend.
