Horrible customer service. I will never come here again. I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady was on the phone having a casual conversation. She didn't acknowledge my presence. I was directed to a room by another worker. She came into the room and as I proceeded to explain what I wanted she cut me off and said just lay down and I will take a look. Bad service, very unprofessional and no manner at all!
Went to get manicure with design two days ago and asked for a specific yet simple design.
The girl that started doing my manicure didn't use clean towel. Had a used nail filer for my nail. I asked for a clean/ new nail filer and tools and she told me it's all clean and new. She did not clean up... more

This place seems to be always busy.. I decided to get my nails done at this salon if the first time... Very disappointed!!
My shellac bibles up the same evening and didn't stay more than a week... I usually get it fine at a different salon and it always stays for 2.5-3 weeks. This one was really bad... I will never go here again... more
