Horrible customer service
I arrived at the summerside motel with a couple of friends. I went to check into the room that I had prepaid (they also had a credit card on file). When I got to the front desk one of the owners said "Looks like its going to be party central in here" I said "not at all me and my friends are going out and then I am coming back here to sleep later". The owner then said that I would need to put down a $200 cash/debit deposit on top of what I had paid AND with the credit card on file. I asked her what for and she said "I have seen this before" I am not sure what "this" was, but I asked her for a refund and went else where. 2 days still no refund NOT IMPRESSED.

Very cute and basic
August 19, 2013Arrived here in later August when the tourism is dying down. No problems with reservations. Room is very clean, and we paid an amazingly low price for three nights! Very cute and guess what?? Pet friendly!!

Property needs some upgrades

The staff were very helplful, when we got in the room we found the floor in the bathroom damp, there was a leak in there somewhere, the fix was a couple of towels under the toilet tank, not too satisfactory. Breakfast the next morning continental, but there was no shortage of food.
Not sure if we would stay there again.

Good basic motel
July 08, 2013After driving all day, and no accommodation reservation for the evening after crossing the bridge to PEI, our objective was to check in the first decent-looking motel we found that had vacancy.
