we have been long time customers of Gingers. We purchased a facet in 2007 for a reno we were doing in 2008 along with a sink and accessories at the time the facet was $700. three years after we had installed the facet it started leaking alot. I hired a plumber for $125 to tell me that it was a facet problem. I called Gingers and they told me absolutely bring it back and we will replace it.... more
