Worst customer service ever. If the brand wants to continue being recognized as an affordable luxury brand they need to hire new management.

Probably a 4 ranking if i was a woman buying shoes, it's pretty well high-end all the way here; bags, purses, and of course, shoes galore.

Style is chick, I personally love their red, with their diamond pattern or whatever heck you call it.

Now I can see why shopping at their outlets in states is worthwhile, it's pretty pricey here.

Even the seating furniture here is cool.

I bought a pair of 50/50 boots and then a week and a half later decided i did not want them anymore.
