Very disappointing
August 29, 2011A very ordinary salon in terms of atmosphere and service. The lady who cut my hair pretended to understand what I was asking instead of asking questions to clarify what puzzled her. I ended up with the opposite of what I wanted for my colour and would not have had the right cut if I hadn't intervened to re-explain. And even then.. ordinary. February 09, 2011BEWARE! The often offer 50 % coupons on group coupon sites. Then they only do a 50% job . Avoid Denise, she was too lazy to do my friend's whole head for hilites leaving a ring around her head Didn't even bother with toner. Complained to owner who had friend come back. Owner didn't even look at it , just sent her back to Denise who did a second lousy job. Owner didn't even check friend out... more
