Great location to branch out from
July 21, 2012The room was very good with modern amenities. The hotel staff at the front desk are another matter. Need to go to school to learn about customer service and lose the "indifferent" attitude. Restaurant staff was good as was the quality of the food on the menu. Food at the continental breakfast buffet needs work

Disappointing service and terrible experience
August 27, 2011The only things going for this hotel are the location - 10 mins from Canmore - and the fact it is a new property so the rooms are still clean, modern, well kept. Other than that the staff are lack luster; the assistant manager was there at checkin and checkout and acted like it was an interruption in her work to give us a key.
