After all the places i have tried in the sidney area the stonehouse is at the top. I had an amazing meal there, was greeted from the manager as I walked in. Ron Wolfe was his name I grabbed one of his cards on the way out, had an appy spinach dip, done really well, meat loaf for my main and I tell you one of the best I ever had.my server was so polite and efficient, she was busy but still... more

I've been to the Stonehouse several times (I use the ferry a lot) and have never been disappointed. I find the staff friendly and attentive, and if you show up a few times, they quickly recognize you, which I like. It just feels like a small-town pub: cozy and welcoming.
