I went there to have a zipper replaced on a jacket. The zipper turned out ok. No high expectations given how difficult it would have been to replace. But when I went home, I noticed several large oil stains that weren't there before. Sewing machine oil spill? Wish she had been honest to me about it.

I have been twice to get things fixed, including a backpack and both were sewed very well and timely. The people that work here have been really good to work with , too. Many people probably have clothes or outdoor gear that have an issue --- these people can get you back together again soon and affordably.

I took a jacket in to have the zipper fixed and she replaced the slider while I waited! Cost me $14 and zero hassle. I'll have to wait to see how the zipper holds up before I can release the 5th star :)
