Been coming for a year. Friendly here but being a citizen of Starbucks and travelling extensively and seeing stores all over really shows up the Culture of Lethargy in the Sidney location. Two of countless examples:
1 person ahead still takes me 7-10 mins to get my latte on many days. Multiple people can take 20mins.

Best Starbucks I have ever been too because of the staff they have at this store!! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Such a fun environment to walk into. And the coffee tastes great too!
