There was an employee who had her mother come in to the store with a dog and she played with the dog and without washing her hand, she tried to make my coffee. I noticed that and asked her not to do that. I can not believe that she thinks that this is ok. Who cares if the customer catches a virus. This is sick.

crystal is a dirty employee who infects each customer with every latte she makes. very disrespectful to her staff and customers.
