My computer crashed due to a virus and I had to take it in. The service was good. They were patient and friendly. Virus was destroyed and most of my files were recovered.

Horrible customer service

My suggestion is do not buy any laptop from Staples. They have a very horrible warranty plan. And if something goes back with your laptop they do not repair it properly, and offer you a buyout at 40% of the original price. Imagine a product depreciating 60% of its original price within a year. On the top of it, the manager at the 3150 Dufferin store in Toronto is a very rude and impolite lady.... more
