Terrible Customer Service

I have been attending St. Albert Dental Centre for a number of years, and decided to discontinue my attendance today after very poor customer service. On numerous occassions, the reception staff has been abrupt and unpleasant, but today takes the cake. I was called earlier to rebook my appoitment (which I booked well in advance).
