I had a very bad experience too. I took my dress there for a simple food stain. Not only they ruined my dress, they were very rude as well.

I'm not going to go into a lot of detail as I could rant about this place forever but please don't go here. I gave this place too many chances as it is two seconds away from my condo and the only reason this place survives is because of its location. They damage your clothes, never have your clothes ready on time and have just the worst customer service I have ever had.
