Sports 4 has some of the best retail customer service in Ottawa. When I first got into running I went here with a friend just to browse but she purchased. I was impressed with how in depth the salesperson was and how he made sure she purchased the right foot wear.

I went back myself with the intent to buy new running shoes and had a great salesperson help me.
