I recently moved to Halifax and have been to Spirit Spa on three different occasions: mani/pedi, massage and waxing. I have had a positive experience each time. The spa is modern and clean and the staff is always welcoming and courteous. I plan to bring friends and family here when they come to visit!

Had the jade stone massage which felt amazing.
But.. ever since the masseuse worked on my neck it's begun to "crack"
when I exhale deeply or open my mouth. It's been 2 months and my neck has only got worse! As now I have a lot of pain associated with my neck.
Although it felt great at the time I would never go back.

Laura just gave me the most satisfying haircut I've had since moving to the city. She took the time to make sure she understood what I wanted style-wise and she totally delivered. It was my first time at spirit spa, and my experience was spot on. :)
