Got great customer service here. They explained my options and didn't make me feel stupid. (being a woman I find I'm often talked down to at car repair places)
I will definitely be taking my car back here in the future and recommend everyone else does too.

I am going out of my element writing this review about an auto glass repair shop, because usually I'm only writing about restaurants.. and food.. and drinks... and more food. However, this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had in Ottawa, and it happened to be at the Speedy Glass on Hazledean Road in Kanata. Random - I know.
