Please beware

They made us believe we were in a dire situation. Nobody else would take us on, but if our house was appraised at a certain number, they would help us. THEIR appraiser said it came in JUST under, but they could help us anyway.. at ridiculous rates. It's been a domino effect ever since and now we stand to lose everything.. we will likely lose our home because of their lies if we cannot rectify this and prove what they've done. We got our own appraiser, who said our house came in well above what we were told by spectrum and this is while the market is down no less. Non existent fees, lies, ignoring us. It's been hell. Please please please.. do what you can, but do not sign with Spectrum. We've lost so much money and our home is next.
