This company is great. I've used them multiple times. Everything I have had dry cleaned has been done properly, on time and at a reasonable rate.

They didn't dry clean my jacket at all - just got it back in the same state... on a hanger and in plastic. The stains were still there. To test if they were just permanent stains (as in it had actually gone through the dry cleaning process), I took it to a real dry cleaner (Busy Bee Gold) and got it back without the stains. Terrible business.

I wish I could agree with Claire below about this shop. Sparkle is the last place I can recommend to anyone in the neighbourhood. We recently took three pairs of pants and a comforter in, only to get them back pressed but NOT CLEANED and we are $50 poorer. We will be following up with the shop directly but we want to warn others of our experience.
