A great way to finish a day!
Last week I went on a bussiness conference in Winnipeg. After a long, tiring day I had a 60 min. Swedish massage at my hotel room done by one of the Spa Smart therapists. It was very relaxing and calming way to finish a day.
Terrible Service
Please DO NOT ever book this company!
We booked them for a bachelorette party in Edmonton, and did not receive what we asked for/expected at all!
Their services are NOTHING like they describe on their website. The people they employ for their spa services are not 'professionals'. There is no standard of service or equipment between their employees.
I was extremely disappointed with the service we received from this company. They were also impossible to deal with when trying to make a complaint. They told us we shouldn't expect an at home company to have employees who dress professionally or who give the same service or have the same tools because they are all individuals! We were told we were being ridiculous and nothing could be done!
DO NOT waste your time with this company!!

There were 6 of us receiving massages and facials. The atmosphere was so relaxing.
