Sue, the owner is an incredible person and believes in treating people (everyone) as special. The spa is friendly, professional and relaxed. There is no "snob" appeal and no false pretences. It is an oasis of "goodness."

The spa is not soundproof at all. Throughout the length of my massage, I listened to the women getting a pedicure chat it up right outside my door. Poor layout. Room was nice, masseuse was nice, although I somewhat question her qualifications. I really enjoying coming down to Spa Opus. The Tapas menu is a great treat for a quick pick-me-up during the day. It's affordable and doesn't suck up a lot of my time. The ladies are really accomodating and always try to help, even when I call in last minute to book an appointment. They also have a nice couples massage.
