I love this studio! It's unique to the other YYoga studios because it has the YFit and TRX classes, which are amazing. And it's nice to have a YRide class on this side of the bridge. Lucy's YRide class is my favourite - it's such a great workout! I hope they keep opening up studios on this side of the bridge - a Mount Pleasant location perhaps! A girl can dream.

Y Yoga is great- I visit 3 locations and the instructors are always encouraging positive and you leave feeling terrific.

For my stress busting, wellness enducing workout, this is the most convenient location. When the new Kits location opened, South Granville changed its class schedule, offering less classes, and more training for learning instructors. In the heat of the change, I was miffed. I had just gotten into a routine. Lucky for me, the new schedule fits my lifestyle pretty fantastically.
